Shipping Policy

At CleanCraft Organics, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's what to expect once you check out.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once it's on its way.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order — orders over $50 ship free. Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped, so most orders reach you within about a week of being placed.

Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

Right now, CleanCraft ships to U.S. addresses only. As a small, growing brand, we're focused on getting things right at home first — but international shipping is definitely something we're planning for down the road.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will do everything we can to keep you updated if a delay affects your order.
